We are weak.

Take advantage of our weakness by dominance. Obsession. Arrogance.
So we must be careful.
We must be wise.
We must protect ourselves.
We must not create problems for ourselves.
We must try to find solutions.
We must try to convince the powerful people.
This is very very difficult.
It's an art to resolve conflicts with calmness.
It requires clarity to know solutions to the problems.
Our behavior must change depending upon the person we interact.
It requires wisdom.
It's not easy.
We must try to avoid risks as much as possible.
But sometimes we can't survive without taking risks.
At that time we need wisdom, clarity.
Complete understanding of the problem.
It comes by meditation.
By analysing problems in state of calmness.
It's not easy.
It requires rigorous practice of meditation.
To control our mind. Our thoughts.
In difficult situations.
Practising meditation is not easy.
It will take several years.
It's a slow process of healing body, mind, soul.
